At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cookery account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
